The HNW is a consultancy firm working with the Abu Dhabi government. In June 2025, we worked on finding better ways for users to access their data and act accordingly. The scope was the prototype and user journeys, and a basic UI (subject to future iterations.

Instead of the proposed 2 workflow approach (viewing data, and booking appointments) we sought to simplify and integrate both flows, allowing the user to quickly glance at a card-based screen, and acting accordingly.

Cognitive Shift & The Panic Button

Primary and second research confirmed situational disabilty. To accommodate this, and allow users to quickly seek assistance. A panic button was created, can be triggered by tapping on the screen or a system shortcut (Backtap, triple click...). Tapping this button will immediately start a countdown, after that it will send a location and call either health authorities or the emergency contact (retrieved from the system.
